I recently started throwing my camera in my bag when I go out golfing. As a bit of a golf architecture nerd, I love that it gives me a new way to engage with the landscapes and the people playing them.

I was bored during the pandemic and messed around a bit with drone photography. I used to draw overhead golf course routings as a kid, so it’s pretty cool to see some of the birds-eye views that drone photography enables these days.

I’ve also found, you don’t have to go far from home to get good photos. Embrace your surroundings and be in tune with the lighting, spacing, and subjects you have in your everyday life.
